- Able to lead discussion with clients on employee benefits matter including flexible benefits program.
- Able to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet client objectives
- Prepare and conduct communication sessions to employees
- Ensure all TAT are met within industry standard
- Develop and implement strategies on upselling new line of covers
- Review and improve existing work processes through automation
- Ability to build strong relationships with client
- Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and negotiating skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion
- Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment
- Good in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Flexible benefits program knowledge and experience is an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with employee benefits environment is preferred
- Possession of CMFAS M5, M9, and HI certifications is preferred
- Degree in Business or related fields of study
