- The primary responsibility involves assisting our salespersons or clients at the customer service or reception counter.
- Undertake tasks such as processing documents, handling commission collection (cash, cheque, or online payments), selling merchandise, operating POS systems, and managing office equipment (NETS/credit card machines, copiers, and computer terminals in the open seating area).
- Address walk-ins, emails, and telephone inquiries effectively.
- Carry out franking of mail and ensure timely deposits at SingPost.
- GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Applications
