The primary responsibility involves assisting our salespersons or clients at the customer service or reception counter.
Undertake tasks such as processing documents, handling commission collection (cash, cheque, or online payments), selling merchandise, operating POS systems, and managing office equipment (NETS/credit card machines, copiers, and computer terminals in the open seating area).
Address walk-ins, emails, and telephone inquiries effectively.
Carry out franking of mail and ensure timely deposits at SingPost.

Job Requirements:

GCE ‘O’ Level and above
2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Applications
