- Identify, curate and implement changes that would improve the customer onboarding experience
- Work collaboratively within internal and regional stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness
- Work closely with the International Banking Centre team in Bangalore and Guangzhou to support client onboarding related issues
- Maintain a high standard of operational and risk compliance by ensuring that standards and workflow are in continuous adherence to Group Standards and local regulations
- Achieve a high service standard with efficiency and quality service to both local and global stakeholders
- Provide administrative and logistic support on International Services whenever required
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with relevant experience in a retail banking environment
- Good stakeholders management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin
