Wealth and Personal Banking has four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an International Services Manager, Client Acquisition and Direct Sales Team.Principal Responsibilities
  • Identify, curate and implement changes that would improve the customer onboarding experience
  • Work collaboratively within internal and regional stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Work closely with the International Banking Centre team in Bangalore and Guangzhou to support client onboarding related issues
  • Maintain a high standard of operational and risk compliance by ensuring that standards and workflow are in continuous adherence to Group Standards and local regulations
  • Achieve a high service standard with efficiency and quality service to both local and global stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and logistic support on International Services whenever required
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with relevant experience in a retail banking environment
  • Good stakeholders management skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin
