Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilities:People (30%)
  • Uphold and demonstrate Mandai Wildlife Group values- ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability).
  • Communicate and work well with all stakeholders and good team worker.
  • Coach and train junior staff members on how to perform daily logistics operations.
Logistics operations (60%)
  • Oversee and perform daily warehouse operation such as picking and packing of retail goods.
  • Recording of time taken to complete each order to measure efficiency.
Oversee and perform goods receiving and visual inspection of incoming goods. Any issues with incoming goods or defective products discovered to be reported to management immediately. * Supervise and manage 100% stock count for all incoming goods. Lead time to be within 5 working days from date of receiving.
  • To escalate to supervisor if lead time of 5 days is insufficient.
  • Supervise the storage of incoming goods into designated storage areas.
  • Delivery of retail goods via class 3 lorry transportation and/or buggy.
  • Undertake any other assignment entrusted by management.
  • Any other job duties as assigned.
Process (20%)
  • To ensure high stock accuracy. Lead random item stock count to be perform weekly.
  • Oversee and ensure housing keeping is done properly.
  • Escalate to management if any forklift and/or other elevated work platform (EWP) equipment is not in working condition. To tag the faulty equipment with proper notices.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as SAP transaction and documents management.
  • Lead the storage capacity optimization with the team.
  • Continue the 5S practices in warehouse.
  • Oversee work and assign tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' levels
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse management related role
  • Class 3 driving license (Strongly Advantageous)
  • Forklift license (Strongly Advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP will be an added advantage.
