- Position Title: Sales Manager
- Working Location: Paya Lebar, East Region
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 6PM)
- Salary Package: Gross up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Identifying, developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationships
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, etc.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and engineering professionals to meet their individual and team goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to develop integrated sales campaigns
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare market reports, periodical sales forecast and business presentations as required
- Responsible for company KPls and contribute to P&L performance
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Negotiate and close deals, provide technical solutions, follow up with clients, and manage any customer concerns or complaints
- Proven success in a sales management role, ideally in the building construction or M&E industry
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities; ability to inspire and lead high- performing teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with Clients
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Willingness to travel for product training, client meetings, site visits, seminars and tender participation
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Must possess a valid class 3 driving license
