$3K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

Handle daily procurement operation tasks.
Manage and track Purchase Requisition and/or Purchase Order to make sure the procurement for projects is delivered on time.
Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
Work closely and keep relevant stakeholders informed on the latest progress/status of delivery within expected timelines.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
Participate in implementation of cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies.
Ensure and promote compliance in accordance to company policies, processes and procedures.
Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in ERP software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
