
Project Lead Engineer

- Preparing overall Key Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and Protection SLDs, while conducting system studies including load flow analysis, short circuit calculations, and transient stability assessments.
- Performing detailed design calculations, such as transformer sizing, battery sizing, earthing system design, cable and cable tray sizing, and lighting system calculations to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Developing data sheets and technical specifications for electrical equipment including transformers, MV and LV switchgear, UPS systems, bus ducts, cable trays, and earthing components.
- Creating equipment layouts, cable routing plans, cable tray layouts, cable schedules, earthing designs, bus duct layouts, lighting layouts, and switchgear installation arrangement drawings to support construction and installation activities.
- Generating equipment drawings for key components such as transformers, MV/LV switchgear, bus ducts, DC/UPS systems, Neutral Grounding Resistors (NGR), and Is-limiters, ensuring alignment with engineering standards.
- Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of all engineering deliverables as per the project schedule, while actively engaging with customers and suppliers across various locations to resolve technical queries and align expectations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology, ideally with a focus on Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 plus years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering for offshore FPSO E House projects.
- Familiarity with ABS and DNV classification requirements.
- Proficiency in design tools such as ETAP, lighting calculation, and cable sizing tools.
- Knowledge of relevant international standards, such as IEC, is an added advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
