With ambitious growth plans we are always looking for talented people who are passionate about building businesses and developing themselves and our customers' experience.The OpportunityA part of the Regional Marketing team, the Media team at Sephora is a dynamic, passionate, and innovative group responsible for shaping and delivering Sephora's marketing presence and performance. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on taking a data-driven approach to decision-making.We are looking for a Media Specialist to support the planning and execution of top-funnel campaigns across Sephora's owned marketing stories and brand partner campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the Media Manager and our external agency partners to plan, brief, and coordinate media campaigns that drive brand awareness and consideration.You'll thrive in this role if you:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Planning: Support the development of media strategies, channel recommendations, and detailed media plans
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure smooth delivery of campaign timelines and outputs
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end campaign coordination, including briefing and asset delivery to media and creative teams
  • Budget Management: Track and reconcile campaign costs, ensuring alignment with finance and billing processes
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Skills / Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing in B2C verticals
  • Hands-on experience running or managing campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook), or TikTok; experience with other platforms is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and actions
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
