Position: Project Manager
Employer Company: Construction scaffolding
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm
Monthly off days: 4 days
Salary: Basic $1600 - $3200 (based on experience)

Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects.
Manage 3-4 groups of workers.
Possess good English and Chinese communication skills with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email .
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
Weekly visits site meeting when required
Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's requestJobs Requirement:
Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature and hungry for money.
Able to work under pressure.
