
Associate Manager, Global Esports

- Design, plan and execute high-impact activations around key esports events and Razer marketing efforts
- Project manage Team Razer’s marketing campaigns – such as timeline and execution tracking, stakeholder management and results analysis to ensure impactful and timely delivery
- Establish and maintain relationships with professional players, teams and influencers to showcase Razer’s esports products and expand the brand’s reach in the market
- Coordinate with internal marketing/product teams globally to align global esports strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Manage and communicate an up-to-date marketing calendar of important esports dates such as competitive schedules and key marketing campaign dates
- Conduct regular internal reviews and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, innovative activation ideas and other marketing opportunities to elevate Razer’s position as the pioneer and leader in esports.
- Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties as required
- BA/BS degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, specifically in the gaming and esports industry, with a focus on social media, digital marketing, and related works
- Language Skills: Fluent English is a must and (favorably) an additional second language
- Understanding of the esports landscape, which includes major game titles, esports teams and players, and other competitive brands
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse platforms and target audiences
- Strong organization and project management skillsets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results
- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
- Experience in building and managing social media accounts for a brand
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, along with project management systems like JIRA
