Job Description:
  • Student Admissions:
  • Handle student admissions, including arranging admission interviews & admission tests, follow up on offers and acceptances, etc.
  • Work closely with track director to meet admission targets.
  • Attend to applicants' enquiries and provide consultation relating to the MITB programme.
  • Handle new students' onboarding.
  • Student and Programme Administration:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students to provide guidance on course enquiries, tuition fee matters, and any other school administration matters.
  • Handle course administration like class enrolment, scholarship selection, processing, graduation processing, etc.
  • Track students' study progress to ensure smooth course completion.
  • Work closely with track director to manage student issues like students at risk, attendance/conduct issues, academic reviews, student dismissal, leave requests, etc.
  • General Administration:
  • Assist with general admin tasks like teaching contracts, exam planning, organising student events, grade processing, maintaining document archives, meeting minutes taking, etc.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Degree with 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tech-savvy.
  • Adaptable and keen to learn new skills and technologies to stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.
  • Meticulous and resourceful. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent yet collaborative.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with faculty, staff, and students.
  • Able to work beyond office hours occasionally when needed.
