What the role is:As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.What you will be working on:You will be involved in the Development Projects including upgrading of ITE's training facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following:
Implement upgrading of ITE's facilities including taking charge of the project from inception to completion;
Formulate and implement systems and procedures to ensure that the projects are well-managed and in compliance with statutory requirements; and
Manage the contractors to ensure that the contractual obligations and deliverables are met.
What we are looking for:
Relevant educational qualifications in M&E Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building/Estates Management or other building-related disciplines;
At least 2 years of relevant work experience; and
Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
