The NTU School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) is looking for a Manager, Lifelong Learning Programmes.

The incumbent of this role will be responsible for the driving the growth, planning, management and administration in all interdisciplinary, Multi-disciplinary and other related programmes

Plan and propose strategic initiatives to drive the growth of all programs
Work with internal stakeholders such as Programme Director, faculty and external partners to improve programme.

Provide guidance to team members on governance, business process and finance matters.

Organize and manage events and workshops

Manage the coordination of class timetable, modules allocation to students to ensure optimal learning.

Provide academic and administrative advisory support services to students including responding to and management of student emergencies locally and in overseas

Manage pre-exam preparation and post-exam processing which includes exam scheduling, post exam processing (marks checking and processing, checking of reports, exam result appeals, special consideration, academic awards and graduation matters).

Administrative support to student and faculty for day to day running of the programmes

Collaborate with NTU office to ensure that the marketing and branding programmes remain attractive and relevant in the recruitment and admission of high caliber students

Coordinate with NTU office on admissions, enrolment

Generate and analyze statistics of various metrics of programmes to evaluate effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement in collaboration with stakeholders

Administer UG students’ participation in industry-led team-based FYP projects

Manage and oversee Work Study Development Program

Requirements

Bachelor degree in relevant discipline

At least 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in education industry

Candidates with diploma will require at least 12 years of relevant experience

At least 4 years in leading a team to manage similar programmes

Energetic and able to keep abreast of new developments in learning and course offerings

Innovative to design new courses to attract participants

Customer-centric with a focus on ensuring returning participants
