Key Roles and Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of corporate accounting in compliance with applicable regulations.Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including GST and other relevant tax regulations.Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including review of ledger balances.Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and daily cash flow to ensure financial stability.Liaise with banks for operational and financing matters.Reconcile inter-company corporate balances accurately and in a timely manner.Provide MIS data and reports to the Head Office as required.Assist in internal and statutory audits to ensure compliance and readiness.Support ad-hoc assignments and projects within the Finance & Accounts Department
