Responsible for the full purchasing cycle from sourcing to negotiation to shipping arrangements
Working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Coordinate with logistics company on shipment status and custom declaration
Generate the necessary weekly/monthly reports & documentation (i.e. PO, DN and invoice submission, vender code set up)

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant experiences in electronics manufacturing industry will have added advantages
Knowledge in SAP/MRP system will have added advantages
