- Conceptualize, storyboard, and develop creative video concepts aligned with project objectives.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including on-location shoots, studio setups, and post-production editing.
- Operate video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio devices effectively.
- Edit and produce professional-quality videos, incorporating graphics, animations, music, and sound effects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, creative directors, and project teams to deliver engaging visual content.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for various digital platforms and complies with brand guidelines.
- Organize, manage, and maintain video production equipment and digital assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualise and produce assets
- Video/Art direct the style and flow of the video assets.
- Work closely with internal teams in Kaplan Higher Education Academy
- Assist in ad hoc projects that align with the institution's broader marketing and recruitment objectives.
- Respond promptly to any last-minute content needs or adjustments, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to meet evolving marketing goals.
- Proven experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.Solid understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography principles, lighting, sound recording, and editing techniques.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in event planning, content production, or project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
- English spoken and written (For video production purpose)
- Microsoft Office
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
