- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Oil changes and tire replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues
- For candidates with more experience: Engine repair and disassembly
- At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
- Able to work independently
- Total monthly income (including incentives): $2,500 - $4,500
- Commission-based incentives after probation
- Overtime pay available
- Salary increment after probation (based on performance)
- Annual salary review with potential increment
- Year-end bonus + Chinese New Year bonus (twice a year)
- Possible 5-month bonus if company targets are met
- Annual leave and benefits follow MOM guidelines
