This role leverages on technology to accelerate and democratize the adoption of outcome-based digital remote solution to drive sustainability and operational efficiency.The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
- Managing risks and issues that arise during the project.
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the project team.
- Ensuring that project processes are followed, and that project documentation is up-to-date.
- Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Evaluating project outcomes and making recommendations for improvement.
- Experience working in real-life projects which affect the revenue & profit of a multi-national company.
- Experience working in a multicultural team.
- End-to-end understanding of Implementing a digital starting from pain point discovery to user feedback.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is usually required for this role.
- Excellent communication, and project management skills.
- Strong technical background and an understanding of software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project /Jira.
