
Product Manager, Golf

- Define, refine, and execute the product roadmap for Rapsodo’s golf technology.
- Drive product discovery through voice-of-customer research, competitive benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
- Develop business cases and value propositions for new product concepts and major enhancements.
- Requirements & Development
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver scalable, user-centric features on time.
- Ensure the voice of the customer is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
- Customer & Market Engagement
- Serve as the voice of the customer, especially golf coaches, academies, and training centers.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Support product launches and customer onboarding with training and enablement materials.
- Track product KPIs and usage metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize product features and user experience.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
- Participate in customer-facing events, trade shows, and product demos as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, sports tech, or consumer electronics.
- Deep knowledge or demonstrated interest in the golf industry, particularly coaching and training environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C product landscapes is an advantage.
- Passion for golf, sports performance, or athlete development is highly desirable.
