What the role is:We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist in strategic comms planning and implementation, handling of media and publicity requests, analysis of media reports, daily media monitoring, dissemination and analysis. The core responsibilities include: • Media Relations: Engage media on publicity; manage media requests, draft media replies, press releases and communication materials; facilitate media filming • Mainstream and Social Media monitoring and analysis/sensing to develop communication strategies • Supporting the implementation of comms initiatives to enhance stakeholder's engagement and to meet communications objectives • Planning, creating, and managing content to engage HSA stakeholders across multiple channels and platforms, such as social media posts, web articles, infographics, videos, EDMs, corporate social media channels, and the website.What we are looking for:Job requirements: Educational Qualifications: Background in Mass Communications Experiences: Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in corporate comms functions such as media management, strategic communications, social media monitoring & analysis or content creation Skillset: Strong written and verbal communications skills Good interpersonal skills Meticulous Has good organisational and analytical skills Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop and graphic design software is a plusAbout Health Sciences Authority:The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) applies medical, pharmaceutical and scientific expertise through its three professional groups, Health Products Regulation, Blood Services and Applied Sciences, to protect and advance national health and safety.
