Connect and configure technical integrations between AlphaDesk software and custodians, administrators, and vendors globally
Respond to and handle ad hoc changes to client connections due to client business changes
Become an expert in relevant technologies – trade report coding in C# and MySQL, FTP transfer protocols, encryption, certificate management, and ETL capabilities with regexManage full integration queue by actively tracking, assigning, scoping, and raising integrations to all parties (support, implementations, client management, and end clients)
Partner with development team to expand AlphaDesk capabilities – eg new ETL processes, reporting and reconciliation capabilitiesMentor, train, and lead team members in their integration and support rolesEstablish best practices for team to steadily improve team efficiency - either by shortening delivery times, or increasing available queueRequirements:
An undergraduate degree, preferably with a major in computer science, information technology, engineering, science, or equivalent experience
Advanced technical skills in SQL, transfer protocols, encryption. Solid grasp of C#Financial market knowledge with good understanding of operations workflows, security types, and settlement infrastructureDecision making and negotiation skills to scope requests and manage expectations
Phenomenal teammate with a consultative approach to problem solving
