- Provide on-going support to the technology teams as required e.g. authoring / reviewing test cases, closing out open issues / questions, managing change request process etc

- 10+ years' experience in investment banking / financial markets technology delivery.
- Proven track record leading multi-discipline delivery teams on complex projects, annual project size up to $10m.
- Pro-actively engage, manage and build strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience in leading agile delivery teams.
- Taking ownership of technology deliveries from high level requirements through development, testing and deployment.
- Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work closely with business users, other project and programme managers and technology stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and expectations managed.

- Agile and traditional project management methodology experience. Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or PMP a plus
- Trade life-cycling and derivatives product knowledge from FX, Rates, Commodities and/or Credit encompassing trade events, pricing, risk analytics and market data.
- Knowledge and previous experience of large-scale financial markets platforms such sales-dealer, pricing and transaction processing systems
- Quantitative finance understanding, experience working with analytics libraries and pricing models. Finance degree or certifications (FRM/CFA/PRM etc) or market and credit risk understanding a plus.
- Technical background beneficial, knowledge of programming and scripting languages, technologies, architectures, data stores, messaging
