$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

Site Co-ordination, handling suppliers and sub-contractors
Ability to carry out quantity control on projects to required specifications and requirements
Responsible for all construction site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned
Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
Work with project manager to provide site progress updates for weekly report
Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers
To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Requirements

Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in construction is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
