Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesMonitor execution of Facilities Management (FCM) system operationsPerform Application Admin duties in projects and change requestAssess impact of new real estate FCM requirements/change requests for impact to existing processes, interfaces, and operationsWork with business users and software vendors to find solution that balance the business needs with system/costs constraintsCarry out projects and delivery of approved change requestsConduct FCM training for end-usersWork with AMS provider and software vendors to resolve users and system issuesRequirementsDual qualifications in Information System and Business Administration are highly desirableExperiences with FCM system in terms of consulting, data migration, user training and system support. Knowledge of SAP and Anacle Simplicity are added advantagesExpected to have work exposure to FCM, lease management, asset management, procurement and system integrationsBenefits
