About the jobYou will provide administrative support for client accounts booked in Singapore to Team Leaders (TLs) / Relationship Managers (RMs).You will provide primary support to a senior banker in regard to client account administration, client servicing and retention efforts.You will act as the liaison with the internal departments regarding administrative matters concerning execution and settlement of trades, delivery of securities, corporate action, payment and receipt of funds, renewal and repayment of loans.You will also liaise with other financial institutions and service providers regarding account opening requests and other clients' administrative matters.You will check the daily transaction list to ensure trades are processed correctly, and will prepare and send trade confirmations to clients. You will monitor and arrange for the settlement of trades and prepare payment orders.You will input orders for securities, forex and money market into the system; prepare and follow up on account opening documentation; as well as maintain and update spreadsheets for selected clients.You will print the valuation reports and prepare client's outstanding documents, brochures, investment and research materials for the banker's business trips. You will also make sure there are no outstanding items relating to client administration matters.Pre-requisites
  • Minimum 3 years of Assistant RM experience in a private bank
  • Possess good spoken and written English
  • Meticulous and well organised
  • NEC (Non-Examinable Course) or passed both CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2
