- Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer
- Provide administrative support the Regional Sales Director
- Assist in planning, organization and management of business schedules and manage day to day business activities in the office. (incl. incoming visitors, storage room, purchases,..)
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, coordinate with regional teams to manage board travel activities and, take notes or dictation at meetings or provide general assistance during presentations
- Act as a point of contact for any queries and issues, in terms of Facility Management, and resolve these in an efficient and professional manner
- Set-up, negotiate with and review office vendors and service providers
- Negotiate with suppliers on employee insurance contracts
- Follow-up and report on Beneo training plan and Occupational Health and Safety -statistics in order to provide correct and up-to-date information on employee trainings, and OHS parameters (illness, injuries, hours worked, incidents, etc.)
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings - including client meetings and events - in order to ensure efficient use of time and materials
- Administer and coordinate IT related matters, ensure liaison with suppliers and client's HQ, in order to ensure employees have working tools

- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Team player
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
