As a Data Analyst in the Strategy, Insights, and Data Science team, you'll go beyond building dashboards - you'll help shape how our global Governance and Experience (GNE) teams understand the business, set priorities, and take action. This role offers rare exposure to real business strategy and cross-functional problem solving. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, apply data to guide decisions, and contribute to high-impact projects across governance, risk, and user experience. 1) Build and maintain performance frameworks and self-service tools to help global teams track impact and make informed decisions.
2) Analyze internal operations and external signals (e.g. user feedback, market trends) to generate actionable insights and uncover strategic opportunities.
3) Shape organizational strategy by framing data-backed recommendations that guide cross-functional priorities and long-term planning.
4) Drive cross-team collaboration by working with product, ops, and engineering teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions.
5) Enable data literacy by creating documentation, leading training sessions, and supporting business teams in applying data effectively.

1) Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related fields with strong academic performance.
2) Skilled in SQL and Python, familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods.
3) Strong Analytical Skills - Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and drive decisions.
