It is the founder of the biennial World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention (WCEC) and the World Chinese Business Network (WCBN), a global online business portal (www.wcbn.com.sg). It plays a proactive role in representing the interests of the local business community and contributing to the economic, educational, cultural and community development in Singapore. The SCCCI invites committed individuals to join its team to take up the following position.Job DescriptionJob Purpose:To support the Trade Documentation team in the accurate and timely entry of Certificate of Origin (CO) monthly statistical reports.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and verify data from CO applications into Excel spreadsheets
  • Cross-check information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all trade-related documents
Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ Level or higher qualification
  • Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly accurate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Able to commence work at short notice
