QA & QC Engineer

• Perform quality assurance and quality control work, include review, update and control of quality procedure, standards, design technical specification, drawings, alignment of project/company QA protocol as well as related documents in compliance with regulatory requirement, tender specification & code of practice.
• Execute & monitor quality control plan and activities so as to ensure project plans, programs and procedure are in place for implementation. Monitor quality performance and coordinate project metrics and reporting as well as coordinating with external inspection parties in the course of work.
• Conduct quality control work for project and liaising with the partners, consultants, vendors, sub-contractors, external inspectors, accredited inspection bodies and customers.
• Prepare QA/QC document for internal review and customer submission. Also to produce inspection report and quality check report, as well as to oversee the document control for all correspondence and records, updating on standard formats/registers and project filing.
• Manage equipment package quality control, inspection and ensuring technical compliance from suppliers and vendors.
• Work with project team, site team, vendors/subcontractors to conduct all factory acceptance tests, site inspections, performance tests and site acceptance tests. for machinery and works.
• Providing technical supports to site during project execution and commissioning work.
• Ensure calibration control for all measuring & test equipment.
• Investigating and reporting all non-conformances.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by immediate supervisor/ the head of department from time to time.
