What the role is:Executive (Exams & Course Admin) (11.5 Months Contract) AA DeptWhat you will be working on:1) Manage and process end-to end examination administration for full-time courses, including planning and scheduling timetables, logistics and on-site support for the conduct of examinations 2) Co-ordinate with academic schools on all examination-related matters to ensure smooth administration of examination for full-time students 3) Provide support in the administration of examination-related appeals from students. 4) Assist in processing subject exemption requests for full-time courses 5) Provide support in the administration of course management for full-time courses 6) Support graduation ceremony activities, including printing graduate academic documents, assisting in Diploma Counter and Prize Table activities during the event 7) Support examination-related projects and initiatives, with particular focus on data migration verification for the division's modules in ESS project. 8) Provide general administrative support, maintain accurate and proper academic records of full-time students 9) Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.What we are looking for:1) Candidates with at least 3 years for relevant work experience would be required 2) Meticulous, collaborative attitude and a good team player 3) Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, coordination and administrative skills 4) Able to multi-task and manage projects within deadlines 5) IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPointAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
