- Actively involve defining strategies to boost New Installation/Modernisation sales
- Explore the elevator transit and access business potential in the residential, mid-rise offices, hotels and hospitals.
- Executing and deploy new business concepts and access product to increase market penetration of new products and technologies.
- Explore and implement the requirement / need from 3rd party to deploy new product of new business to fit with market need.
- Involve developing professional marketing concepts for new business
- Drive initiatives in enhancing the know-how and technology sales skills of group's sales organization, monitoring and reviewing the outcomes of the company's sales activities and provide sales support
- Provide with the necessary market intelligence, competitive analysis and argumentation relevant to the Technology business
- Assist to set-up and implement Transit Management business and operation processes including pricing, offering & ordering systems, pre-post sales support, sales analysis, External customer support such as PORT education to building management and tenants.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
