Responsible to produce pre and post contract deliverables
Responsible for total cost management and delivery in line with pre-tender estimation
Carry out cost management and contract administration duties for packages under administration
Estimating, measurement, bills of quantity production and cost planning activities
Responsible for the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
Responsible for the taking off quantity of the tendering project based on tender drawings and documents, sourcing quotation for supplier and sub-contractor where necessary
Monitor and verify monthly work done and progress claim and assist in monthly projection cash flow
To produce monthly cost reports
Able to take a lead cost role interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
Review, analyse and produce variation order assessment, final account productions in post contract stage

Qualifications

10 years experience in large scale infrastructure, utility, oil & has, petrochemical projects with a minimum construction cost of S$700mil
Board certified QS (SISV)
CSA or MEP experience
