Job Description:Accounting

Handle daily transactions for Accounts Payable cash flow, expenditure form
Review invoices and communicate with suppliers if necessary
Process petty cash and medical claim
Generate official invoices as required
Prepare a weekly vendor payment report and prepare monthly financial P&L
Cash bank-in

Tour Reservation

Receive tour booking inquiries and allocate outlets
Communicate with outlets for additional request

Secretary

Providing secretarial and administrative support to the CEO

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2-3 years office administrative work experience preferred
