- Support project activities by verifying supplier and project statuses with stakeholders prior to payment processing.
- Coordinate closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to execute project-related tasks in alignment with company policies.
- Verify Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation for audit readiness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for both corporate and project documentation.
- Verify accuracy of invoices with purchase orders and process payments in accordance with internal financial policies.
- Prepare and verify documents for vendor and Letter of Credit (LC) payments.
- Act as the key contact in Singapore to support offshore project operations in the Philippines.
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative work experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented, and good learning mindset.
- Prior experience in the shipping or offshore industry and familiarity with M&E materials procurement is advantageous.
