If you're passionate about making technical skills accessible, working across disciplines, and applying data for real-world impact, we’d love to have you on board.[What you will be working on]Training & Curriculum DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deliver comprehensive Data & AI curriculum potentially reaching over 1,000 public officers annually through bootcamps, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with training providers, Central Platform teams, and GovTech product teams to integrate government digital platforms into training programs to enriching the learning outcomes.Lead assessment of Data Champions and AI Champions bootcamp projects, curriculum and programme execution to ensure quality and robustness.Develop practical exercises and case studies based on real public sector use cases when necessary.Regularly research on the latest developments on Data & AI and assess how public officers could be empowered to adopt them.Digital/AI InnovationProvide technical leadership for AI Prompt Engineering competitions, including challenge design, platform evaluation, and workshop deliverySupport the design and implementation of experimentation programs such as AI incubators and hackathonsProvide consultancy on technical design and use of data for innovation programmes such as hackathons and AI incubators.[What we are looking for]A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Social Science, or related disciplines. We will also factor in relevant certifications (e.g., Coursera).Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, with demonstrable experience in:Developing and delivering technical training programs; and/orImplementing data & AI projects in production environmentsStrong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with the ability to teach and demonstrate these skills effectivelyCapable of translating business use cases into analytical problems and identifying appropriate data sources to tackle these problems.Proficient cleaning, imputing and correcting anomalies in the collected structured or unstructured data to ensure a high standard of quality in data sets to be used in the analysis work.Proficient in exploring and analysing datasets, applying probability and statisticalmethodologies and techniques to discover insights from the data.Proficient in building machine learning models to identify, recognise patterns and makepredictions.Practical knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms and their applicationsExpertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and the demonstrate good data storytelling to educate others.Curriculum development or instructional designHave passion for improving public service and deliver public good using analytics and data.Preferred Requirements:Familiarity with developing solutions using LLMs, MLOps or model deployment.Experience running workshops or innovation challenges.Ability to contextualise AI concepts to non-engineers and enthusiasts to support their upskilling, adoption/applications.Our employee benefits are based on a total rewards approach, offering a holistic and market-competitive suite of perks.
