To assist the Demi Chef/Chef de Partie of the section.Job Responsibilities: * At least 2 years of cooking experience
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (timing: 7am to 4:30pm, 8am-5:30pm, 9-6:30pm)
Requirements:Competency * To be responsible for the hygiene standard and cleanliness of the section
To ensure that all patient meals are dished accurately according to ward orders
To ensure that all meals produced by the section are of acceptable standards
To minimise wastage and optimise stock level of raw materials and ingredients.
To perform any other duties as assigned
Educational and Professional Requirements * GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Diploma holder
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Valid food hygiene certification of at least 6 months
