Sounds interesting?Then come in and join our Singapore team as a Business Performance Controller to focus on cost center controlling and planning activities for regional headquarters in Singapore. The role reports directly to the Business Performance Controlling Manager.Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will focus on cost center controlling and planning activities for regional headquarters in Singapore (including collaborating across functional and departments for developing and adjusting budgets and forecast of P&L, Balance sheet, Headcount)
You will drive process streamlining, digitalization and automation within the finance team
You will be responsible for regular updates of management reports, presentations, projects, and financial analysis of various KPIs (e,g, new digital tools that will enhance overall performance and introduce them within the zone) and special / ad-hoc topics

You hold a successfully completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Controlling, Accounting or Finance
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling / Finance and Digitalization
You have a strong understanding of business finance terms, process, and management.
You have experience in Project Management and managing multiple stakeholders
You are fluent in English; other languages would be advantageous

Your personality and skills:

You are highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with several departments of the business.
You are required to work with our latest technology and therefore be willing to learn about new software tools and hardware solutions.
You possess strong communication skills and can clearly articulate and present concepts.
You have very good presentation skills and show team orientation.
You possess intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.
