💼 Employment Type: Full-time🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to oversee site operations and provide technical support.
- Interpret and ensure construction drawings comply with the latest BCA codes and regulations.
- Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of works from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce internal safety and quality standards.
- Attend site meetings and assist in preparatory work.
- Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary permits and clearances.
- Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects or similar building construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project.
