
Admin Executive (Bookkeeping)

- Supporting the team in the in the initial administrative function leading up to the preparation of contract related documents to be issued to the clients;
- Supporting the engagement team by preparing and ensuring the documents to be issued to the client are in order and updated
- Liaising with internal and external clients through phone and email correspondences to address any engagement related queries and/or requirements;
- Assisting in the monitoring and reporting of receipts and payments in accordance with the format prescribed by IRAS and ACRA;
- Monitoring the various stages of the engagement assigned, ensuring deadlines are duly met and following up with the relevant parties;
- Arranging for invoices to be prepared and issued;
- Co-ordinating with clients and stakeholders on the necessary documents and ensuring they are kept in an orderly fashion;
- Arranging for meetings and documents signing with clients, when required;
- Handling and keeping records of books and records taken over from client;
- Implement, manage and maintain procedures/administrative systems/engagement filing systems;
- Attending to any other tasks as deemed necessary to support the delivery of engagements.
- Diploma in accountancy or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
