[What the role is]You will play a role in championing the workforce transformation and reskilling needs of enterprises in the Professional Services sector. We are seeking a candidate with strong business development or enterprise solutions experience, especially in engaging companies to identify how Workforce Singapore’s initiatives can support their business transformation and manpower needs.[What you will be working on]Enable industry and enterprise capabilities through strategic manpower planningIdentify and assess key industry, manpower challenges and skills through data analysis and trend evaluationEngage strategic accounts and companies to ascertain company’s manpower related and reskilling pain points and work with companies to implement strategies for workforce transformationRecommend strategic human capital solutions aligning with industry or enterprises’ business and manpower needs.Support the Industry Transformation Map (ITM) and Jobs Transformation Map (JTM) to articulate key insights and trends, particularly the Jobs and Skills pillarForge impactful partnerships and collaborations through stakeholder engagementEstablish and maintain effective relationships with public agencies, strategic partners and stakeholdersCollaborate with industry stakeholders, trade associations, tripartite partners and programme partners to develop and implement relevant manpower interventions to address industry manpower issuesConsult with employers to promote adoption of WSG programmes and progressive human resource practices to address their manpower needsManage and review programmes to achieve positive outcomesGuide and work with appointed programme partners to ensure compliance with policies and processesOrganise or support outreach and marketing events such as career events and industry engagementsTrack programmes’ progress and analyse industry related information to evaluate and make recommendations for management decision making[What we are looking for]Knowledge/SkillsAt least two years of working experience is preferred, although fresh university graduates who possess maturity, strong communication and interpersonal skills will be consideredAwareness of various government initiatives related to manpower and training would be advantageous including experience in handling business needs analysis and transformation projectsStrong engagement skills with experience in account/ project management and/or consultancy roleStrong written and spoken communication skillsGood persuasive and negotiation skillsStrong data analytics skills would be advantageousAble to synthesise information and data for decision making and outcome monitoringAptitudes/Abilities & Other CharacteristicsInnovative, passionate, and drivenPossesses agility in problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentPossesses strong time management skillsAble to work with converging timelinesConfident in and comfortable with public speakingAbility to work both independently and in teamsComfortable with data compilation and analysisPossesses an entrepreneurial spiritEmbraces digital and technological solutionsAll applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
