- Accounts payable transactions and invoices must be accurately entered into the accounting system on a timely basis.
- Check invoices for accuracy to make sure the correct information is included.
- Saving invoices in the relevant folder
- A good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting techniques
- Competency in data entry and computer skills, particularly familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting applications (Excel).
- Accuracy and attention to detail when entering data and maintaining records.
