Personal Loan Credit Approval Specialist SG

• Prepares monthly management reports for management review.

• To perform credit review and decision in accordance with the DA assigned at this level.
• Review appeals on status relating to the application and resolved them effectively.
• Ensure that the process is efficiently managed and that all applications are processed on a timely basis.
• Involved in system enhancement projects as and when required.
• Work with other business units (sales, portfolio, outsourcing) to ensure that the smooth transition of operations across units.
• Any other credit processing relating duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

• Manage a team of processing officers in ensuring that all applications are reviewed and process promptly and accurately.

• Review the approval process and ensuring compliance to all internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Review the policies on a regular basis and make changes as and when required so as to ensure that it is relevant to the current market conditions.

• Degree

• At least 3 years of working in a banking environment

• Experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan processing a must
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
