
Engineering Specialist (Media Equipment Maintenance)

- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on media production equipment, including front washing and back-end systems.
- Execute product conversion, equipment setup, and upgrade activities to support production needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to reduce product defects and improve equipment reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment OEE, Lean Manufacturing, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Support and implement Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance automation and data-driven maintenance.
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
- Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
- Team player with good problem-solving skill and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Willing to work on 12 hours night shift pattern.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma or ITE.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in mechanical/electrical systems and automation conveyor systems.
- Troubleshooting Mechanical or Electrical Equipment is an advantage.
- Clean room experience will be an advantage.
