- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT and OT strategy to support SAESL's business and digital transformation objectives.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring alignment between IT and OT systems to drive operational excellence.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of IT and OT services.
- Work closely with the Digital Transformation Manager and senior stakeholders to optimize technology investments and roadmap planning.
- Oversee the management and refresh of IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, data lakes, data marts, and critical OT systems.
- Ensure seamless operation, maintenance, and scalability of IT and OT environments to support production, engineering, and business functions.
- Implement and optimize Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions and OT platforms to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
- Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies across both IT and OT environments, ensuring protection against cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance risks.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments for IT and OT infrastructure and implement proactive measures to enhance resilience.
- Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans for both IT and OT systems to mitigate operational disruptions.
- Oversee IT service management (ITSM) and OT service optimization, ensuring minimal downtime and high operational efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and enhance IT and OT system performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Drive automation, AI-driven analytics, and digitalization of IT and OT processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with business units, production, and engineering teams to align IT and OT initiatives with operational needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure the best IT and OT solutions.
- Optimize IT and OT budgets through effective cost management, contract negotiations, and investment planning.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to integrate IT and OT for operational and digital transformation success.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of IT leadership experience, with a strong background in IT and OT management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Deep expertise in IT service management (ITSM), OT systems, industrial automation, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Experience with MRO, manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, edge computing, IIoT, and cybersecurity frameworks for IT and OT environments.
