- Manage software/firmware deliverables, validation schedules, and releases (SW, drivers, BIOS, EC, HW drivers).
- Align with system and cross-functional teams for SW/FW/Test readiness.
- Oversee internal teams, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
- Define workflows, engagement models, and governance structures for validation.
- Review and consolidate validation data; communicate readiness to stakeholders.
- Triage and prioritize issues (3LS, DCRs, OBS) and drive resolution efficiency.
- Track risks, identify process improvements, and implement solutions.
- Govern and execution through audits, RACI models, and milestone tracking.
- Bachelor s or Master s in CS, CE, EE, Software Engineering, or related.
- 3+ years of project management experience in test and validation.
- PMP and/or Agile certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SW/FW architecture and hardware integration.
- Experience in test planning, debugging, and CI/CD.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and senior-level communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
