Backed by a major Japanese conglomerate, the company plays a key role in managing LNG produced from international equity projects, ensuring efficient contract execution, logistics coordination, and market development across Asia and beyond.Position SummaryYou'll be managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, payroll coordination, recruitment support, training logistics, and employee relations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with Singapore's employment regulations. You may take on strategic HR projects such as policy development and compensation analysisKey ResponsibilitiesIndependently executes HR operations including but not limited to the followings:HR AdministrationProcess new hire documentation, contracts, and onboardingMaintain employee records and HR system dataCoordinate payroll processing and benefits administrationHandle work permits, MOM submissions, and compliance reportingManage leave applications, attendance tracking, and employee inquiriesRecruitment SupportPost jobs, screen applications, and schedule interviewsConduct reference checks and prepare offer lettersSupport onboarding and maintain recruitment databasesCoordinate with hiring managers and external recruitersPerformance Management & AppraisalCoordinate annual appraisal cycles and timeline managementDistribute forms, track completion, and schedule review meetingsMaintain appraisal records and historical dataTraining & Development OperationsAssess training needs and source appropriate programsSchedule sessions, track attendance, and manage certificationsWork with external providers and manage training budgetsEmployee Relations & ComplianceEnsure Singapore Employment Act complianceProcess employment pass applications and renewalsMaintain confidential files and audit documentationStrategic Responsibilities (Performance-Based)Support HR initiatives and workforce planningContribute to policy development and process improvementAssist with compensation analysis and benchmarkingLead small-scale HR projects with guidanceRequired QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field2-4 years operational HR experienceProficiency in MS Office and HRISKnowledge of Singapore employment regulationsStrong organizational and communication skillsMulticultural experience preferredDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughAbility to handle confidential informationProfessional demeanor in fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with improvement mindsetLearning agility and eagerness for new challenges
