We are a hub of knowledge and innovation, attracting healthcare professionals who are passionate about pushing boundaries and making significant contributions to the field.About Department and Purpose of the PositionThe National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) is a national specialist centre under the National University Health System (NUHS). It is the only public cancer centre in Singapore treating both paediatric and adult cancers in one facility.We are seeking a Clinical Operations Exec / Snr Executive to support NCIS Ops & Admin in achieving the department's vision and mission to help in implementing operational strategies. The incumbent will be supporting day-to-day clinical operations, working in team. They will be liaising with the Clinical Departments, including Nursing, Pharmacy and Clinicians. You will support with development of services and processes to ensure safe and efficient care for patients. You will work closely with the Inpatient Operations team to drive clinical and non-clinical workflows, operations readiness and set up.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of Clinical Operations Department with clinicians and internal teams
  • Plan and implement new models
  • Ensure smooth and hassle-free execution of daily data extraction and migration plans
  • Review documents for clinical and non-clinical needs
  • Support the preparation of activities required during IT systems downtime, upgrade and deployment
  • Administer support in purchase related activities
  • Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items
  • Where directed by the Reporting Officer, support other Clinical Operations related projects and tasks
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in similar capacity, preferably in operations background. Healthcare experience is a bonus
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet competing deadlines
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical and innovative thinker
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Manage relationships (internal and external), especially with clinicians and patients
  • Ability to work independently and also in teams
