- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure events operations run smoothly, plus character event requirements are met, and safety is not compromised
- Vendor liaison responsibilities to ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets
- Monitor and coordinate our performer talent base within the region by keeping an ongoing, up-to-date database of performers in the region
- Assist and support the Assistant Manager for talent management (emcee, dancer, performer etc) for appearances or events when required
- Co-ordination of performer talent schedule and payment
- Assist and support the Costuming department on costuming to meet event requirements
- Assist with costume operations when the need arises
- Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas, while working with available assets
- Complete one local Live Character event, from start to end
- Provide valuable insights and identify trends in the social media landscape today
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024

- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Knowledge or interest in event production or event management-related fields
- Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel
- Self-starter who needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organisation, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strategic thinker with good communication skills
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
