- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to C-suite executives, including calendar management and travel coordination
- Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and manage logistics for high-level events
- Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives
- Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive company information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and process expense reports, claims, and other financial documentation for executive review
- Maintain accurate records and systematic filing systems for all executive-related documents
- Support executives by managing deadlines, prioritizing ad-hoc requests, and assisting with special projects as needed
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience supporting senior management or C-level executives
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
