Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to C-suite executives, including calendar management and travel coordination
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and manage logistics for high-level events
  • Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives
  • Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive company information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare and process expense reports, claims, and other financial documentation for executive review
  • Maintain accurate records and systematic filing systems for all executive-related documents
  • Support executives by managing deadlines, prioritizing ad-hoc requests, and assisting with special projects as needed
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting senior management or C-level executives
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
