  • Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
  • Identifies business opportunities, steers business development for agreed accounts and defined objectives
  • Translates customer's strategy and priorities into an executable plan for growth
  • Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
  • Optimizes sales processes in country and provides clear direction.
  • Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships across matrix organization
  • Manages internal resources to execute account strategy
  • Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC
  • Provides clear business plans for assigned accounts and ability to achieve them.
  • Is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience is Sales and Account Management
  • At least 3-5 years of proven sales and customer relations track record
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and collaborative working style
  • Well-developed ability to implement solutions to resolve account problems.
